We ship our macadamia nut pies frozen using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. This method allows us to offer consistent shipping rates and ensures that your pies arrive quickly and securely anywhere within the United States.

We do not have a minimum order requirement. Shipping costs are based on the size of the USPS Priority Box used—Medium Flat Rate Box for up to 2 orders of 7-inch Pies; Large Flat Rate Box for up to 2 orders of 9-inch Pies.  

If you order multiple pies, additional boxes may be needed, and you will be responsible for the cost of each additional box. To get the best value, consider ordering multiple pies at once to optimize shipping costs and reduce the number of boxes required.

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. However, for better value, we recommend ordering more than one pie, as the shipping cost for a box remains the same whether you order one pie or two. 

We ship orders once a week on Tuesdays. This allows us to ensure all pies are freshly baked and shipped promptly. Orders placed by Saturday 12 noon Hawaii Time will be included in that week's shipment.

We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes, which typically deliver within  3-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. To ensure your order is processed and shipped efficiently, we send out packages every Tuesday.

Please note that while USPS provides an estimated delivery time, actual delivery dates may vary due to factors such as location and weather conditions, especially during peak season. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress. 

Our macadamia nut pies are shipped frozen and vacuum sealed, carefully packaged to maintain freshness. We use sturdy boxes and secure packaging materials.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. 

We take great care in packaging our pies to prevent damage during transit. However, if your pie arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. We do not offer refunds.

Orders can not be canceled or modified after 24 hours from date of order. After this time, we are unable to make changes as your pies will be in the baking process.

Currently, we offer USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate as our standard shipping option. If you need your pies faster, please contact us directly to inquire about express shipping options and additional costs. 

 At this time, we only ship within the United States.
